Return Policy

At Haus of Black, each offering and experience is created with care and intention. Please review the following policy before completing your purchase.

Food & Beverages

All food & beverage sales are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of made-to-order drinks, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been fulfilled.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours via our contact form, and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

Merchandise

If you are not satisfied with your item, please contact us via our contact form within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Returns

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is returned in the same condition in which it was received
  • The item is securely packaged for return

Once approved and received, you will be issued a refund for the cost of the item only. Original shipping costs and return postage are non-refundable.

Exclusions

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale items
  • Limited or made-to-order merchandise
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your merchandise order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out via our contact form within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review the claim and respond as soon as possible. If approved, a replacement or refund will be offered when applicable.

Events & Catering

All event bookings require a confirmed agreement and deposit.

  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Final payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled event are non-refundable

Rescheduling requests may be accommodated at our discretion.

If Haus of Black must cancel an event, a full refund or the option to reschedule will be provided.
